Returns. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Non-returnable. For safety and integrity, opened consumables, PPE and sterile items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
